These Zemaitis guitars are some of the best of the best-constructed import guitars we have ever come across. The thin C neck profile is super comfortable and the fretwork is top-notch. The bridge and tailpiece on the guitar are impressively substantial and add to the natural resonance of the mahogany body and set neck. The D2 Burst pickups deliver meaty humbucking tones with high output, punchy midrange and huge sustain.

This particular instrument has some extremely light finish scratches on the back. These have to be caught at just the right angle under bright lighting to be visible. So we have taken a close-up photo under the direct glare of our photography lighting so you can take a look. Aside from these, the instrument is in flawless condition.

How Does It Play?

Featuring some very nice fretwork, the string action on this guitar measures barely a hair over 4/64” on the low E string at the 12^th fret, and right at 4/64” on the high E. All without fretbuzz.
