Equal parts battery-powered headphone amp and USB audio interface, the Bighead Pro excels at delivering pristine A/D and D/A conversion and plenty of output power to realize the full potential of your headphones. As a recording interface, the Bighead Pro plugs into your laptop to record at up to a 96kHz sample rate and 24 bit resolution, making sure your on-the-go bass tracks sound thick and detailed regardless of the portability of the setup. It also supports PCM playback up to a 384kHz sample rate/24 bit resolution and DSD playback with sample rates of 2.822mHz and 5.644MHz.

On the analog side of things, the 300mW per channel headphone amp powers any headphones you throw at it. Gain, Treble and Bass controls allow you fully to dial in the tone of your bass (or guitar). An 1/8” aux input lets you plug in a phone or iPod directly for music playback if you aren’t playing back from a laptop connected through USB. A line out allows you to plug straight into a powered speaker when you are traveling light and keeping your gigging rig to a minimum, and the lithium ion battery gives you up to 8 hours of use on a single charge. The Bighead Pro has you covered. A micro USB cable, 1/8” aux audio cable and soft bag are included.
