What's the deal with refurbished?

This instrument was either an overstock or was deemed by the factory to have an imperfection. Check the description to see exactly why this instrument is considered refurbished. We scrutinize every instrument we sell and pass along all information from the refurbisher so that you know exactly what you are getting. The guitar is stamped “used” on the back of the headstock but the original serial number is present and not tampered with. These are like new with little or zero play wear!

Emblazoned with Bridges’ “All in the Together” motto along the fretboard, and his signature inlaid along the back of the Wave headstock, the Jeff Bridges Concert Copper E is proof that sustainability sounds great, for both the soul and the ear.

This particular instrument has a tiny scuff on the edge of the headstock near the nut, and some milkiness in the finish on the side of the body near the output jack. We have included a close-up photo of each imperfection. Aside from these, the guitar is in flawless condition.

How Does It Play?

We have given this fine instrument a thorough pro setup to make sure it is playing its best and 100% ready for you. The guitar has a perfect neck set and a fully operating truss rod. We have the slight, appropriate amount of neck relief built in and the string action measures just 3/32” on the low E string at the 12^th fret and even lower on the high E, without any buzz.
