What's the deal with refurbished?

This instrument was either an overstock or was deemed by the factory to have an imperfection. Check the description to see exactly why this instrument is considered refurbished. We scrutinize every instrument we sell and pass along all information from the refurbisher so that you know exactly what you are getting. The guitar is stamped “used” on the back of the headstock but the original serial number is present and not tampered with. These are like new with little or zero play wear!

Emblazoned with Bridges’ “All in the Together” motto along the fretboard, and his signature inlaid along the back of the Wave headstock, the Jeff Bridges Amazon Concert Sunburst CE Torrefied European-Granadillo is proof that sustainability sounds great, for both the soul and the ear.

This particular instrument has a very small impression in the clearcoat on the back of the body and a tiny white spec in the finish at another spot on the back. We have included a close-up photo of each imperfection. The white glare spot of the first imperfection is the reflection of the photography lighting. We had to catch the blemish this way under the direct glare of the light to make it visible at all. Aside from these imperfections, the guitar is in flawless condition.

How Does It Play?

We have given this fine instrument a thorough pro setup to make sure it is playing its best and 100% ready for you. The string action measures just 3/32" on the low E at the 12th fret and even lower on the high E, without any fret buzz. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions perfectly.
