What we think: This is the sound that we think of when we think Jazz Bass tone! These pickups deliver a mildly scooped or open midrange and a natural sound that can be sculpted to perfection with your amp’s EQ section. The low end is tight and articulate. Going up the tonal spectrum everything stays nice and balanced, not too bright. And they’ll growl when you dig in. These are fantastic all-around pickups that score 10’s for versatility, character and nuance.
