This one is old enough it’s difficult to know what is original relic’ing and what is real player-infused wear, but it is one beautiful bass regardless. Very aged Olympic White finish with generous finish checking. The bass appears to be all original, though the case has been replaced. No ashtray/pickup covers. Original paperwork had been misplaced but the previous owner was able to get the COA reissued from Fender so it does ship with COA!
How Does It Play?
The frets are in excellent condition, no divots. The truss rod functions properly and sets up nicely. The string action measures 3/32” on the low E string at the 12th fret and lower on the high E. There is no fret buzz.
